Perfumes

People always tell me I smell really good and ask what it is that I'm wearing. Well I'm actually really picky with perfume. I don't like anything too strong, too sweet or too fruity. I know people that have like 30 different perfumes and love them all, but I could never be like that. I used to only wear one perfume. I got Ralph Lauren Rocks one year for christmas after I fell in love with it on my friend. It was pretty much all I asked for that christmas and basically what I smelt like all the time since that day. It's lasted me until now and unfortunately it got discontinued :( So I went on the hunt for perfume and decided that having 3 perfumes is a good number to rotate between.

And these are the two I have now. 

In my opinion this is like the yummiest smell in the world. All time favourite scent and my boyfriend is equally in love with it, he goes crazy every time I wear it. Ladies beware LOL

I just hate those words- "Limited Edition" UGHH

This is just so fresh and clean and pretty. I love it for the daytime.

And I'm trying to decide between these two which one to buy. I like the Michael Kors Suede one better but I feel like it wears off within 5 minutes. So I'm not sure yet!

I think both of these are great for the day time, same purpose as the D&G but more fun and girly!

Anyways not much of an interesting post, but hopefully somewhat helpful if you're also on the hunt for perfumes and have a similar scent taste.

Saw this phone case on Gossip Girl and I had to have it lol.

Recently saw the Cavalia horse show and played the slots for the first time in the Niagra Falls Casino.

Justin Bieber and Kelly Clarkson at the 2012 MMVA show. Told you I had a good view of all the celeb's shoes ;) What more could one want!

These jeans got really worn out so I made them into shorts, and then went and bought these black Citizen's of Humanity jeans. They're so comfy and soft!

My boyfriend and I decided to stay in and cook one night so we made cajun salmon with a butter lime dill sauce, accompanied with some steamed broccoli and white rice sauteed with onion and red pepper. It was so delish and I think I just made my mouth is water just thinking about it LOL

Some Hauling

So I did some Friday evening shopping yesterday, nothing crazy but I got a couple of good essential items.

Went to my two favourite stores- Zara and Aritzia.

Got a black and white bandeau from Aritzia marked down to $12 from $15, huge savings eh ;)

And then at Zara I got this top in black. I also have it in white and coral, which may seem ridiculous I know! But it seriously is my perfect top and pretty much all I wear. It's just so flattering and the back is so pretty! I constantly get compliments on it.

I wore it out last night with my rag and bone jeans and my new pochette! 

And while in Zara I tried on this studded denim jacket. Fell in love with it and my boyfriend loved it so much that he told me he'd buy it for me. But I think $119 is just way too pricey so I said no way. It is amazing though!

And the last thing I purchased was this...

Beef pad sew from Thai Express. Don't be fooled by how appetizing this looks. It was completely bland and overly greasy and chewy.

 I may have been a tad spoiled when it comes to restaurant food though. Growing up my father and I ate out really often at a variety of places, so I've been fortunate to eat some really delish thai food. This kinda tasted like the McDonald's of thai food, but I guess that's what it essentially is. 

On a more positive note, they do have super cute takeout containers!

Hoarding inspiration

Confession time. I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to saving pictures. I'll save anything that catches my eye. And I mean ANYTHING- shoes, outfits, quotes, decor, hair, makeup, you name it. So now I have several thousands of pictures that I can't possibly keep track of. But other people do this too right?! RIGHT???

Here's a few latest ones.

I happened to be in the audience for the MMVA's this year. Not a huge fan of the show at all but I did happen to get a reallllllly up close view of all the celeb's shoes, and I fell in love with Shenae Grimes' Steve Madden studded pumps.

These guys used to be two of my favourite hunks. I'm a huge Walk to Remember fan and recently got into one tree hill. Please shave the scruff guys...

How unique is this Christian Louboutin handbag?! Never seen anything like it.

Do you think the LC braid will ever be out? I still love it.

These are the shoes that currently have my heart. But I called solestruck and they said they weren't planning on restocking them. So it looks like I'll never own these babies. 

But I suppose that leaves more attention room for my other JCs.
